Technical design

The Offer is addressed to:
clients interested in the preparation of building permit, executive or concept design, containing technical solutions in the field of construction engineering.

Offer includes:
preparation of technical projects in scope of:

• internal sanitary and electrical installations for newly designed buildings (residential, office, utilities) and construction objects (such as pumping stations, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants)
• inventory and modernization of internal sanitary and electrical installations in buildings and construction objects
• water supply, sewage, heating, gas and energy connections
• infrastructure and utilities within scope of the planned investments, as well as the reconstruction or modernization of existing sanitary and energetic networks
• assistance in the organization and coordination of the work of design offices, if the client chooses to entrust the execution of projects to other entities

Basic offer assumes the development of documentation in Polish language, however it is possible to extent your order with the translation and submission of documentation in the selected languages.

Offer requires an individual evaluation and may be extended with other available solutions, in particular LEGAL AGREEMENTS, COST ESTIMATION and ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES.
