Cost estimation

The Offer is addressed to:
Clients commissioning construction works on the basis of public tender documentation, executive designs and STWiORB (Specifications of Technical Receiption and Works Execution) who do not know the value of the project, and they want to measure the costs or their own cost estimates have had outdated.

Offer includes:
preparation of documentation based on technical design prepared by PIRRS or provided by client in the field of:

• bill of works that specifies the type, a way to perform and quantity of works is carried out basing on the current KNR (polish cost input catalogue)
• investment cost estimation specifying the exact cost of the planned investment is made as a simplified or detailed calculation depending on client requirements and the complexity of the estimation object

Offer requires an individual evaluation and may be an extension for the TECHNICAL DESIGN offer.
