Building permit and execution designs for sewerage and water networks rebuilding with water and sewerage connections to buildings for the investment of underground line II in Warsaw in the vicinity of designed station: C11 'Świętokrzyska', C12 'Nowy Świat', C14 'Stadion' with all necessary legal agreements for obtaining of building permit.

Building permit and execution design of sewage transmission system under the bottom of Vistula river for left sided Warsaw sewerage bid to the wastewater treatment plant 'Czajka' in Warsaw.

Building permit and execution design of road E67 rain drainage system in Suwałki with all necessary legal agreements for obtaining of building permit.

As a Building Permit Design Coordinator (BPDC) for infrastructure and utilities rebuilding design of water, sewage, gas, heating, electrical and telecommunication system I was responsible for:

  • supervision over acquisition of technical conditions for rebuilding existing networks which are in collision with designed underground utilities
  • supervision over obtaining the necessary approvals and agreements required to obtain a building permit, including agreements with utilities owners, ZUDP opinions, arrangements with investors of neighboring investments and city institutions
  • supervision and time scheduling of the building permit designs preparation
  • supervision and coordination of subcontracting land surveying company
  • ensuring continuity of design work in close cooperation with branches: architectural, roads, tunneled-lane, construction, surveying

As an Execution Designs Coordinator (EDC) for infrastructure and utilities rebuilding design of water, sewage, gas, heating, electrical and telecommunication system I was responsible for:

  • coordination of authors supervision on the realization of designed solutions on site
  • coordination of documentation submission and preparation of execution and modified building permit designs
  • development of staging of works for networks rebuilding and execution of Metro objects
  • preparation of the executive designs of Construction Site Developments

As a Designer Assistant (DA) in the sanitary infrastructural networks and installations department I was responsible for processing legal agreements, preparation of requests and formal letters and technical documentation and cost estimation in scope of:

  • preparation of technical drawings and technical descriptions for building permit and executive designs
  • choosing materials and preparing final bills of materials
  • water and sewerage flow, rain downpour calculations
  • bills of works and investors cost estimation based on polish cost input catalogue (KNR)
  • preparation of request for location establishment decisions (LICP)
  • achieving technical conditions and authorities approvals for technical design to gain building permits, among others ZUDP approvals
